This website collects minimal technical data via webhost (Carrd/Cloudflare for security) and no marketing/profiling data.When you click the link to schedule a call, you will be forwarded to an external scheduling service provider website. Their website will use their own set of rules to govern the privacy and usage of your data. There may also be links to external informational forms to fill out. If you do not feel comfortable using the external services, you can simply call Symbiosis Accounting at 248-520-6199.During initial consultation, prior to any services beginning, financial records may be provided to more accurately assess the costs for the services to be provided. This data is only transmitted through secure, encrypted channels, and is destroyed within 30 days after the completion of the agreed upon services. Financial and personally identifiable data (e.g., SSNs, EINs, financial statements) necessary to perform tax and bookkeeping services may be securely stored for a longer period of time to satisfy IRS requirements.All data is handled with strict confidentiality and security protocols. Symbiosis Accounting follows a strict set of IRS and FTC guidelines to protect client data. Upon request, you can be sent a copy of Symbiosis Accounting's WISP (Written Information Security Plan).Non-financial data, such as email addresses, may be used to send newsletters, reply to inquiries, contact you for general business purposes.
Symbiosis Accounting does not sell or rent client data. Any third party service providers (Such as Calendly, Gmail, or Google Forms) may have separate policies regarding data usage and privacy. Please refer to the third party service provider's web sites for that specific information.
